happy bday to me. finally 20!
went to play soccer in school with alot of them. dam fun to meet all the guys after so long. most of us were botak. only Yat and Arun had hair. it will be gone in march dont worry. was sick, so i played relac all the way. suspected throat infection. must go see doctor soon. or just take the extra strong medicine. hope it works thou. i dont wanna book in monday like this. coughing like mad.

went to peninsular today with Jage Arun Kashif. bought my st soccer shoes. and one top. wanted to buy normal shoes as well. but time constraint. the rest also got some stuff.
im dam tired + sleepy now. dunno why.
so im gonna end here. and this week got like so many things planned.
tmr morning suppose to be Cage with Cougar mates. but my condition. i think no need. so i shall just go meet Vind.

one night in sparta!

packed the stuff for bbq and set off to Alex's house. accidently missed the stop. got off at Lot1 and route marched to his place. PS came soon after. when we got the confirmation that Vind and Sam were on site we flew down to teck whye gardens and .. *let the good times roll*
first meal was spaghetti with corn beef and pringles. after we filled ourselfs with that, we started the bbq proper. oh yes, not forgetting presents. PS was 21st bday so he got the rorschach mask coat hat and gloves. now he can rape people without giving away his identity. mine was the toyed version of the 300 shield spear and cape. some day imma get the real one.
so we had steak, stingray, hotdogs, wings, satay on the bbq menu. PS had to leave cause he was booking in. Sam had to leave if he dint wanna get kicked outta the house.
when it was reaching nightime we decided to start desserts. out came the fondue machine. and we let gluttony take over.
but we all know bbqs aint bout the food. its after the food finishes. and the pit is left for the playing. as expected, pyromaniacs like us started having some fun. anything flammable went in. and in the end there was explosions and fireworks. what a way to usher in my birthday!

time now 1221hrs. later gonna play soccer. still having cough. but that shouldnt be too much of a problem. im more afraid that my shoes are a gonner. gonna have to use running shoes this time round. see how it works out.

had a 39 deg fever. muscle ache like hell. and a killer cough. it was one day after 24km route march. the first day of block leave. was i really that unlucky? hmm. maybe that now we're not in tekong anymore, the body feels the need to tekan itself so it pulls this stunt. lol

fever went down to 38.8 i think. but still quite bad. went to doctor to get meds.

POP LO!
call me PRIVATE SATHYA. no more recruit. hehe. last few days of BMT, you would think it would be slack. HUH! no ah. GP rehearsal + strength training. YES. in Cougar, we still train 2 days before 24km. LOL!
tuesday was.. hmm. mostly rest i guess? not really ah. we only were let off for dinner at 6+. come back around 7pm. lights out 1930. dam early sia. and as usual no one could manage that. so in the end the SGTs started kpkb then we had to lights out. if not TURN OUT!
alright. so 24km. first 4 no need to say. i walk finish come back still sleepy. oh ya. we had to fall in at 0300 on wednesday morning. 4-8km was the best. Cougar was the lead company. Platoon 2, my platoon was the point platoon. Me Arun Zul were the front men. OC was leading the way. he dam power. he wanted to show school 1 what we were made of. so 4km - 30mins finished. we looked back half way. and there was NO companies behind at all. dam funny. when we reach the rest point they all were like straggling in slowly.
the hardest was 16km-20km. wah cb that one really sia. cause of the terrain mainly. but 20-24km again dam easy.
after that POP lo.

overall BMT was FUCKING FUN! P2S2 all the way.
and these 5 words will resonate and live on with me.

LAST Book Out
morale is high in camp cause POP is just around the corner!
this week was relatively tiring. not because we did alot of PT. its cause of the graduation parade rehearsals. wah siao one sia the GP. smart4, FBO attire for 4 hours. i would sub PT with GP anytime!
our commanders have all become super relaxed. they also like to play with us. we had a standby area on friday. attire was.. boots. long 4 pants. NO TOP. jockey cap. and carrying the green mug! and when we did push up in that attire. everytime we down one must knock the cup once. LOL!. cock sia.
oh ya. there was also games day. which Cougar dint win anything. sadded. some other companies won. our teams all not enough time to train one sia. the schedule we have.. im sure we could have pawnt them in AGR, speed, strength training etc.. ha.
alrite. gonna leave for Vinds house later.
and maybe bday party at Rebel as well?

party like theres no tomorrow..
went for my cousin Jame's 21st bday. the scene was set for an awesome party. free flow of booze and music. met my long time no see cousins there. quite good to catch up with them after so long.
i daresay the party much better then fridays DblO.
woke up with a hangover today morning. hope im alright by night. gotta book in. dont wanna book in like that.

its always raining..
first and foremost, thank you muslims for todays holiday.
woke up at 0430 today. my sis was gonna fly off to the states today. we had to get an early start cause of her early flight. my dad coped his company van. so we all had transportation today. weehoo. we put like cushions and something like a ground sheet at the back. so i was sleeping the whole trip. lol.
went there. did the whole check in things. her friends also came. 2 of them were also flying off. so she will be gone for one month. returning on 251209. christmas day! shes gonna be our santa. bearing gifts and all. at least thats what i hope.
after that, went to Vinds place. was a little late cause we made some detours along the way home. those fkers were playing poker when i got there. LOL. so after my lunch we got to work. after work i joined in the poker game. hehe. its with the real chips and all. the feeling is so different.

and have any of you noticed. year after year. it never fails to rain. on this holiday. why? i dont know. but i have a few guesses...
